How to get key services
Steps to get the service:

 

You can get the desired information by following the steps given under Right to Information Act 2009:

01. To get the desired information, you can apply directly to the Deputy Director, District Statistics Office, Gaibandha in the prescribed application form / form / via e-mail / Facebook page.

 

02. The officer in charge will provide information in soft copy / e-mail / hardcopy / photocopy / CD copy within 20 (twenty) days after receiving the application.

 

03.  If the officer in charge is unable to provide the information, he / she will inform the applicant in writing within 10 (ten) days through the prescribed format sample.

 

04 .If the applicant does not get the information or is disturbed in any way, he can appeal to the specified authority in the prescribed form / form.

 

05. The appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the application.
